The Tungsten Properties Scholarship is generously funded by Jeff Penman and will support student studying on the Quantity Surveying and Construction BSc (Hons) course.
The scholarship, of £3,000, is for third year students.
The award aims to support academically able students, who may have faced barriers to attending university, to obtain an excellent degree outcome in their programme.
Ultimately, the scholarship aims to ease financial pressures so that students can balance study and external pressures, allowing them to achieve their full potential.
